Preparation
In preparation, you select the stress factors and stress symptoms you recognise in yourself. You will be given an overview of stress factors and symptoms to choose from.
The session
During the session, we reflect on what stress really is. What the sentiment is with you around stress. What types of stress are there? You will gain an understanding of how stress is produced in our bodies. By far, the greatest emphasis during the session is on understanding your stress curve, the impact of your stress factors, the symptoms you experience (positive and negative) and the actions you can take to manage your stress level. We reflect on what does and does not work to restore your stress level to the desired level. You also gain an understanding of the sources that can help you build resilience. In doing so, you determine how to deal with this, with the aim of achieving a healthier balance for yourself.
Securing
You take and implement the intended decisions and drafted actions to achieve effective stress management. In the coaching sessions, you discuss progress and make adjustments where necessary.
