About me

I am a connector with a passion for personal development and team development. I believe that each person has potential and want to help people discover what that is and how to make the most of it. I am keen to use this passion, in combination with my years of experience in business, to help individuals and teams continue developing.

For as long as I can remember I have been good at connecting with all kinds of different people. This has led to many intense and personal relationships as well as groups in which I play a pivotal role. This has generated trust which is the basis for development via coaching and training. ‘Ramon puts people in the right place’, is symbolic for my focus on helping people individually and in teams to develop what they are good at and what they enjoy doing. My personal values are passion, honesty, openness, quality, love, personal, fun and growth.

During the past fourteen years I have gained coaching and training experience in my role as manager and project manager within marketing and service at KPN, Hi and Telfort. I have helped individuals and teams make progress in their development as people, as a team – in balance with the commercial objectives – and in the field of Storytelling, where the focus is on using personal stories to persuade and activate.

Since 2015 I have been working as an independent coach and trainer. I successfully completed an ECA/EMCC accredited coaching training. I coach and train professionals – from talented staff team managers – individually and in teams. I use a non-structured and structured approach, have developed workshops and training programs and use specific tests and methods, with focus on TMA (Talent Management Analysis). I am certified to coach and train professionals individually and in teams according to this method.

In 2016 I built up my own customer portfolio in Curacao. After returning to The Netherlands, in the beginning of 2017, I continued doing that in The Netherlands.
